Massage known as the "traditional massage" is purposefully
designed to relax the musculature of body. It is a very effective
therapy that enhances over-all health and well-being. It helps
to curtail recovery time from injuries such as muscle sprains
and spasms, as well as stretching the tendons and ligaments
and as a result increases flexibility.

because of family members who were ill: I began applying massage
and healing techniques as an alternative path to assist their
healing journey. This was successful. Then friends began asking
me to help them recover from headaches, back pain and stress.

and attended the New Jersey School of Massage. After I was certified
in 1986, I began practicing.
20 years of massage practice have been filled with one miracle
after the other of healing experiences. I feel extremely grateful
to the people who have come into my life whom I have helped and
who have also helped me. I look forward to many more rewarding
with others. It has been an exciting journey.
